INN & OUT: PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA
Known for its sports and historic role in the Industrial Revolution, Pittsburgh was a great time.
Here’s where I’d go…
HOTELS:
The Atterbury: Located just east of the Roberto Clemente Bridge, this Marriott Bonvoy Autograph Collection hotel sits in the landmark 1906 Fulton Building. Many of its original structure and beauty remains while the hotel still feels modern.
Tip: The Drafting Room bar creates GREAT cocktails. They make a lot of their own syrups in house!
LIBATIONS:
TheWarren: Dive bar feel, but high quality cocktails & spirits.
SHOPPING:
SteelCityClothingCo: This store was uniquely Pittsburgh… made in Pittsburgh.
Built with blood, sweat and steel this clothing company has 2 locations (I went to the one in the Strip) started by a local couple.
It’s got a hipster vibe… but can also be dressed up with some class. Loved!
ACTIVITIES:
PNCPark: I’ve always wanted to walk across those iconic bridges from downtown to a Pirates game.
Finally… I saw it through! Beautiful views, beautiful park.
Cheers, gents!
